The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a nice area, just off the excellent restaurant and the city center and main plaza. The location was favourable and excellent, not too far away from Plaza de Armas of Cajamarca. All of the staff members were ATTENTIVE and excellent.

The hotel's location was really convenient, just a stone's throw away from Santa Apolonia Hill. It's situated in a lovely area near Cajamarca, with a nice ambiance that feels at least 3-star. The room was well-organized and exceptional, featuring a cozy bed and impressive views of the mountains.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in Cajamarca. The hotel had excellent rooms and a great location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our room at El Portal Del Marques was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location near the main plaza was convenient for exploring the area. I had a really nice stay on vacation. The staff were amicable. The location was magnificent in the city center. The hotel was really close to excellent restaurants and Cajamarca. The standard double room was beautiful and very well taken care of.

The hotel had great staff who helped us plan our day trips and the location was convenient, close to the center of the city. We enjoyed the hotel facilities and found the courtyard beautiful. Our room was always clean, the breakfast was delicious, and transportation was reliable.

Wow! What a great Christmas stay! The Complimentary breakfast was truly fantastic with a variety of choices that everyone enjoyed. The central location was perfect for all our holiday shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We also loved the spacious and comfortable rooms which made our stay extra special. On top of that, the hotel staff provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.

One downside was the ongoing construction work in the hotel which was an eyesore and a bit noisy at times. the cost seemed a bit high for what was offered, so we felt that it was not the best value for our money.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to landmarks and transportation on late nights. The room was spotless, the bathroom spacious, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was a real feast in terms of variety, quality, and flavor. the restaurant was a great option to enjoy traditional dishes. The WiFi and TV worked perfectly, and the views from the windows were stunningly beautiful.

The noise from other guests in rooms adjacent to ours was constantly present, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was great to be close to the main plaza and landmarks. , the rooms were clean and cozy. We had a great time at the restaurant, where the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was a plus, it worked well during our stay.

Our stay was not perfect. The noise from other guests in the patio was also disturbing during our romantic escape.
